I visited the office at The Vintage off Chasewood Park & 249 next to St Lukes in late 2012. The facility was fine and office was easy to locate since they gave directions in advance. The waiting area was a little dimly lit, but better that way than too bright. The window attendant was friendly and good about letting me know status, and I did not have a long wait for the Doctor. It was nice that the staff acted professionally. So many doctor offices these days have staff behind the window talking loud with each other about their personal issues etc. but I did not experience that here. I was pleasantly surprised with Dr Raphaeli's kind demeanor and ability to make me feel comfortable throughout the procedure on a most sensitive and awkward area. I mean, I the last thing I wanted to do was visit and have my backside studied, but it was necessary. Somehow he made it no big deal. He had 1 attendant present to assist him. Dr Raphaeli was very careful and knew exactly what he was doing. He also explained it to me. He resolved my issue completely on that one visit. This is the first time I have thought highly enough of someone to write a review, as I highly recommend Dr Raphaeli to anyone.
