Staff was unfriendly and abrupt. No postings of their prices were in plain view, so when the stylist asked if I wanted a wash I didn't realize I was going to have to pay $50 for her do a mediocre job (all I needed was a trim). Then I did some research and come to find out their prices are based on age. The woman did not even ask my age. I paid twice as much as I needed to. Entirely unprofessional, very unimpressed.

The staff at Newkirk Salon are absolutely wonderful. Previously a client of Leslie's (change ONLY due to my availability ~ Leslie is awesome!), I have been a client of Becky's for a while now and I am always pleased with the services she provides. She is very talented. Staff is respectful and kind. Their professionalism shows in their attitudes as well as in the work they do. I live in another town, but still make the drive to Granville for their services. A really talented group of people!
