Dr. Gartrell has been very helpful and thorough with my cat's care. My cat became very seriously ill and needed continuous follow-up care. Karlee, the vet tech called me almost daily to check on my cat and they answered all my questions about my cat's condition. They taught me to do some limited procedures myself so that I would not have to subject my cat to the stress of a car ride every day or be hospitalized. They take the time needed and demonstrate real caring for pets. I never once felt alone or that I couldn't handle the situation. I feel that my cat is being cared for by the best! I highly recommend this clinic for the customer service and great care they provide!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
