What a great psychiatrist, he changed my life. I wish I had known Dr Phelps earlier and felt this good a long time ago. Thank goodness there are doctors like him out there.

I could not be more thankful for finally finding a psychiatrist that is able to dignose me correctly and make such an impact in my life. Dr. Phelps is a true professional and he is exceptional at what he does.
