I've had a positive experience with the program. Personally, them most valuable tools have been related to caring for myself-through nutrition, exercise, and making myself a priority. The importance of what a healthy diet is was truly enlightening! I'm finding that my focus is more on what I do eat than what I don't eat. On an emotional level, I'm feeling better equipped to make my needs known whether personally or at work. I've gained valuable tools for taking on the “challenge” of the holiday season. All together I've lost 42lbs, but more importantly I feel great!
