I took my son to see Dr.Cohen, for a very painful red infected ingrown. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Doc was wonderful and explained everything to my son and I. He sprayed the toe with a cold spray and my son said, "I don't hardly feel the shot"; He was completely numb when the doctor did the surgery. The staff explained how to take care of it and he had no pain after the surgery. We will be going back to Dr.Cohen if we have anymore foot problems.
They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
