I had to give one star to post this warning!!!!! my real rating is far below zero stars, Lisa is a mean bully and I know I am not her only victim. I would like to connect with other people that she has bullied and caused harm. Montana Department of Labor and Industry found several ways that Lisa violated my HIPPA and other rights. Federal Motor Carriers give her too much un checked authority.

She is punishing me with five years of random supervised drug and alcohol testing, just to be mean.

I had used hemp oil for pain and I took two pre employment drug tests in one week and both showed a trace of thc from CBD.

her drug diagnosis states that there is no need for drug abuse counselor and my situation yes she sent this to me to five years of supervised drug and alcohol testing. Very mean and unfair to require such a harsh sentence to a person who does not drink or use illegal drugs.

I know that I and others have tried to file complaints with Federal Motor Carriers and the powers there, refuse to help me with an appeal.

Very unfair and dangerous place to hire as a SAP. She is a bully and very vindictive.

She hands out maximum sentence for drug abuse to an innocent hemp oil user, who has not used hemp since it was learned that it was a problem. To add insult to her Bullying, she makes me test for alcohol too.

I cannot believe that no agency in Montana has helped me get a fair hearing or trial.

If I could rate to Zero or in the negatives I would. This woman, as mentioned in a similar review, should not qualify to work the profession she's in. When I saw her in person the only feeling I got from her was that of skepticism and condescension regarding my personal life. She also disrespected my chosen name by pointedly using my on-paper name. She is currently ignoring my inquiries on a program completion letter she was supposed to send to my employer on April 23rd. It's now been OVER a month. She neither answers nor returns my calls and my employer continually reports not receiving any letter in the mail. Lisa is purposefully neglecting my eligibility to return to work. This is a malicious woman that abuses her position. DO NOT GO TO HER. I'm currently looking into pursuing a lawsuit against her.
Apart from all that.. keep in mind this woman doesn't even know how to spell Possibilities.. her practice is named Wellness Possebilities.. Just saying.

I would not recommend this person as a mental health provider! She tells people one thing and then later will say she never said that. She is manipulative and power hungry.
