My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how Dr. Tom Miles catered to my needs. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Can't recommend Dr. Tom and Health First Centers enough! Thank you!

Dr. Tom is awesome! Best massage I have ever had! He has such a reassuring, calming and gentle demeanor that is immediately relaxing. He walks you through what he's thinking or doing, asks questions and most of all listens. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. . I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Tom is super helpful and really got me moving again. His staff is friendly enough but a little abrasive sometimes

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
