I have never been to a chiropractor before and Dr. Jim was wonderful!!! He is very friendly and takes the time to actually talk about your condition and listens to your concerns. Dr. Jim is very prompt with feedback and even called me on a Saturday to go over test results!!! I would recommend him a 1,000 times over and will NEVER go anywhere else!!

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often.

They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
