Moved to the area from Chicago, needed a new chiropractor, glad he was my first call because I havent seen anyone better. Dr Simcsak is so relaxed and always smiling, you know he loves what he does and the patients he takes care of.

I found this office from my provider book as I just moved to Newtown and was looking for a chiropractor. A very nice gentleman names Matt answered the phone and to my surprise got me in that day. He took all info over the phone and when I got to the office they had everything checked for me already. I didn't wait more then 20 minutes and they had Dr. Simcsak in a room with me. He spend a lot of time with me and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Simcsak called my old chiropractor in Colorado, while I was in the room and then gave me the identical adjustment that I was used to. I am very happy with this office

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
