It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I left the office feeling very upset and dissatisfied. I feel like they did more harm than good during my appointment.
