Dr. Schaffer really took the time to explain my condition and always makes sure i know what he's doing and why he's doing it. The specialist i had been seeing only communicated with me through a nurse and prescribed ineffective medication that only addressed the symptom and not the actual problem, so this has been a welome change. I am extremely grateful for the treatment i recieve from Dr. Schaffer and his assistant, Barb.
