Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

All treatment methods are explained before they start treatment. If I have a question Dr. Frisch takes the time to explain to me why I should have it and what it will do for me. The all staff members go out of their way to make you feel completely comfortable and the office is very relaxed. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love Dr. Frisch and his staff.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays?
No, but they gave me directions to a lab nearby where I could get them

No, they were very calm and understanding

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but not for long.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I have not found another doctor that meets my needs as well since moving West. I will always consider Dr Frisch my Miracle Doctor!

All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
