They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did.

They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciated the fact that they invested in the most comfortable, luxurious chairs I could imagine. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
