Dr. Vinson is an excellent chiropractor although I have experienced one problem. I was instructed to pay my co-pay up front every visit which I did. Front desk did tell me the co-pay went to my deductible which was true but they did receive a check from my HRA for the adjustment which was less than my co-pay. Therefore, they received my co-pay and HRA check. This was for every visit until my HRA was emptied, then the extra from the adjustment and the co-pay
Many months down the road I asked my insurance about something (can't remember exactly) but upon this inquiry my insurance found that they owed me over $100.00. They told my insurance that unless I ask for it, they do not voluntarily send the extra to me or inform me that I have a credit. I would never have found this out except for this other question that I asked my insurance and my insurance found it. They have a right to choose how they do their financial end of their office but should they not inform their patients of their procedures as well have it posted in their office. My current question is , "How many other people have experienced this and they have money in Vinson's account that they are not aware of?" and if they do not inquire about will never get it.
Please check your insurance papers and ask questions to both them and your insurance company. As I said in the beginning, Dr. Vinson is an excellent chiropractor that has helped me with my back but this really upset me.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
