I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
