They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. When you say you're going to follow up, you should. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Worst of all is the staff would tell me Dr Grant was not available for an appointment nearly every time I would call to come in. In all of the years I have seen a chiropractor, never, never have I been told that he is not available over and over. IN fact, I did not need an appointment at the chiropractors I have been to over the years. The staff is extremely user unfriendly, I was told by the Dr that he knew of a masseuse to use, I kept inquiring to get the number as he said to do. The staff would tell me should would call me back, never happened.
