There's no question I would recommend this provider to anyone! I always feel confident when I talk with the staff. They seem to really care about helping me and giving me the answers that I need. They made me want to come back that much more. The staff is wonderful about making a real effort to get me in when I need it. They're so helpful and try hard to be accommodating. I'm so relieved! I really felt 'heard'. They listened to me. Dr. Arena, who is in this practice, is an awesome and caring chiropractor.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
