The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. I am always greeted with a warm genuine smile. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions are always answered. The therapy and adjustments I received helped my range of motion immensely. The restrooms at this office were spotless. They were always very considerate and professional. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered.

I was disappointed that they weren't able to answer all of my questions. I still left feeling uncertain. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Dr. Haskins is a very rud person very sarcastic and very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to go there, what upsets me the most is that he's very nasty with his employees.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
