If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. During my adjustments they did not pay much attention to my problem area. I would have liked if they focused more on the actual purpose of my visit.
