They neglected to share the cons of my treatment and left me in a world of hurt and horror.
They said they don't share this information with their clients because it only happens to a small percentage.
It would have been nice to know what I was in for so I could have made an educated decision on my health care.
Apparently repeat business meant more to them.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
