The place kind of feels like an assembly line. The walk in structure is hard on people who have limited time. You never know if you can be seen right away, or if you have to wait for an hour. The communication is vague and confusing at times. I felt that the intake process was very disorganized, and seemed like the doctor did not do their homework beforehand on my particular issues. There is one doctor on staff that does not even have any business card or reference to the fact that he works there. Another doctor listed on their brochure does not even seem to work there at all. The doctors don't give complete information on where and when they trained for their profession. The clerical assistant does not know medical terminology and she is hard to understand. She also has a bit of an attitude. Doctors contradict each other on their assessment of my condition. Not real confident about my care here. The atmosphere is not very pleasant. It's loud and the exam rooms are connected by open doorways so there is no privacy of conversation at all. I'm giving it a month. If I don't feel any better I will be searching for someone else.

Just as with every profession, there are vast differences between chiropractors. Drs. Patty and Larry Ribley have truly distinguished themselves and have created a friendly, top-notch care facility. Dr. Patty is my healer and “hero!” I so much respect her knowledge and chiropractic abilities. While most doctors rush you, Dr. Patty spends quality time with me ensuring all my needs are addressed. I am so grateful for Ribley Chiropractic.

They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

The doctors are nice but the office staff is horrible.
