Went for a consultation, Very disappointing!! I have never been treated so disrespectfully.
Disrespectful, demeaning, and very unprofessional. While asking me about symptoms he was very frustrated with me and verbally berated me. Unbelievable!!

I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Wether you need constant care or the occasional adjustment, Dr. Hammett is the man to go see. I go for adjustments and I am always welcomed with a smile, not an attitude because I dont go in every week! VERY happy with my treatments, the doctor and his staff.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care.

It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I definitely felt welcome here, they were very friendly and accommodating. I was happy with their nice manner.

They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They've definitely given me helpful lifestyle and nutritional tips. They always want what's best for me. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. I went to Dr. Hammett for frequent migraines and now my migraines are few and far between. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They have walk in appointments. This is convenient for me as I never know when I will get a chance to go.They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
