They have really friendly customer service here. They always put their customers first, with incredible smiles! They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. I have been to several chiropractors and have not had near as much help with my headaches. He's the only one I know of in the area that is able to adjust the atlas as closesly as possible because he actually measures everything out and uses a table adjusting machine! I loved it! All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I've been to one or two places that had such awful perfumes in their offices! Here there's actually a sign asking for people not to wear any at their next visits! I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods and the ladies and Dr. Wooley are always smiling! This makes me feel good when my apt. is over! Thank you! These other comments made..I can't even believe. I've NEVER been in his office for more than 10 minutes; except on the first day for xrays and a thermal spinal scan (which showed me all of my problems for circulation and what needed to be adjusted!) I guess I wasn't expecting that so it was a plus!

It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. They are by far the worst I have ever visited for my condition. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. My adjustments hurt a lot! H Woolley, D.C. didn't seem to care about my comfort in the least.
