I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. They deserve all the recommendations in the world.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located just off Central. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and work around my schedule. I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I have seen at least 6 different chiropractors in my 48 years and Dr. Rice greatly exceeds the others in his abilities to heal. His staff are friendly, caring and competent. I will choose Dr. Rice for my family's care whether or not our insurance continues to provide coverage.

At Thomas Rice, D.C.'s office it was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. After my chiropractic treatments I don't experience as much pain as I did before, but I still need pain medication occasionally. I got an appointment with Thomas Rice, D.C. quickly. The wait time in the waiting room is too long. Thomas Rice, D.C. seemed very knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed. Thomas Rice, D.C. paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
