I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was a little unsure that they'd be able to help me when I left my first appointment. They didn't entirely convince me that they knew what they were doing. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Sandra Cunningham, D.C.'s staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. Sandra Cunningham, D.C. would never use foul language! They always go the extra effort to be polite and courteous! The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
