They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I have been to other chiropractors in my life but Jeff is one of the best. He really cares and it shows.

Yes, they seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
