I had been in moderate to severe neck and head pain for 3 days, and wasn’t able to sleep because of it. Dr. Norris treated me (in one visit) and my pain was greatly decreased, almost gone! I feel able to function in life again!

Awesome. Has a gentle approach that eases things back in. Helps me resolve things. His goal is to get me better not keep me coming back. I appreciate that.

Most approaches are too rough for me. My body just pulls me back out.

I have been a patient of Dr Norris for a long time. He is a great doctor. However, I am having a back problem of which I first contacted his office on Friday, July 19, 2019 and left a message for a call back. I did not hear back and called again Monday, July 22nd got a recording. Called back later the same morning spoke with scheduler. Was told first available would be August 1st, however she would check with Dr Norris and see if there was someone else he could recommend as I was in considerable pain, and she was to call me back the same day. Now it is July 23rd still no call. I called again and left yet another message. I am very disappointed with this I have not in all the years I have seen Dr Norris had such neglectful treatment. Why am I getting a recording in the middle of a work day? And why is no one returning my calls? Unfortunately I will be seeking care elsewhere due to incompetent office staff. I hold Dr Norris in the highest regard but cannot just sit around in pain while the office staff decides if they are going to do their jobs or not.

He is the best Chiropractor I have been to. I especially like the way he does not have to do the snapping and cracking to get results. I also like that he give you exercise advise to help prevent the problem from coming back.
