It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I felt very encouraged after my first appointment. After seeing how qualified and knowledgeable they were, I was hopeful that I would be able to get better under their care.
