Dr Michael Halliday was the original and 1st GRAND RAPIDS BEST Chiropractor because he is kind, values his patients and is so very talented! I have been under his care for 12 years!

This chiropractor office make the claim that they're there for you.I don't agree.There hours of operation are so messed up from day to day,you never know when to go for pain relief.They never seem to be there when you arrive.There lunch hours can't be remembered,seems like every day is upside down from the day before.When you are in pain ,you need relief!You almost have to be an employee to know the hours of operation.I shouldn't have to call every time to see if they are open for business.You take an hours card home and they still seem to have changed they're hours.why can't they keep there hours simple for there patients?They have to be losing more patients than they realize.Very disappointing.
