I wasn't impressed with the doctor by any means. Majority of the time that I visited the office I had to wait 20 or more minutes after my appointment time just to be taken back into one of the rooms, where I would have to wait another 5-10 minutes to see the doctor. It was extremely frustrated every time I visited by the amount of time Dr. Hoard was running behind. It was hard to schedule appointments because I couldn't schedule them when I had anything within the hour or two following the visit because I could not rely on being seen in a timely matter. I would not recommend this chiropractic office. I have started seeing another chiropractor and cannot believe I went to Dr. Hoard's as long as I did. In my first week with another chiropractor I have felt better than I ever did going to Dr. Hoard's, and when I go in for adjustments I am in and out of the office in 5-10 minutes instead of 30-50+ minutes.

Definitely not! I felt fantastic when I left!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
