Visiting Dr Burcon for Meniere's was a life changing experience! I got my hearing back on my 3rd day there. I learned so much about Meniere's and Dr Burcon helped me find someone in my area to keep everything under control. I felt like he gave me my life back. It has been 9 years and I'm still doing great. Seeing Dr. Burcon is a decision you won't regret. Do it today!

This chiropractor was extremely unprofessional, dismissing me as a patient by certified letter stating that the cause was my child which I'd brought with me. He was annoyed my my child. NEVER once did Dr. Burcon have a conversation with me expressing concern about my child's presence. NOT ONCE. His affect, personally, is flat and disinterested (because he does not care about patients and has no bedside manner). I will likely lose my insurance because he wrote that I said it doesn't hurt to get out of bed anymore and put in his letter, "This means you will no longer be covered by insurance." No, the process to no longer be covered by auto insurance is a 2nd examination with x-rays (never done) and a step-down in care to twice a week, then once a month and so on. He dropped me at the weekly appointment stage because of an annoyance he could have raised to my attention but never did. As far as the adjustments go, I was happy enough most of the time except once I had to get rechecked because I was worse off after my adjustment. He admitted that he'd looked at someone else's chart instead of mine and had pushed the wrong way on my bones, causing my pinched nerve to hurt worse. I guess I have to give him credit for owning up to the mistake and fixing it the same day, but I'm still concerned about the misstep. For what it's worth, his lobby isn't filled with expensive supplements and pillows to upsell patients with. I still wouldn't recommend this chiropractor. There was a lot of gossipy talk in the office and it made me uncomfortable. I have no doubt they talked about me and will continue to once they see my review but hey, it's my opinion.
