Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I didn't like the manipulation table that was used for the spinal manipulation. I didn't see Dr. Zeller - I saw a female chiropractor, and I can't remember her name. She uses a table that sort of does the work for her. It uses air compression and the TABLE itself moves to realign the spine. The chiropractor doesn't manually do the hugging/squeezing/cracking. I didn't like it at ALL and won't go back.
