At a chiropractic clinic you expect them to have comfortable chairs in their waiting room, and I would grade these as average. They weren't uncomfortable but the weren't terrific either. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I've been to some chiropractors that had really cold hands which made my adjustments very uncomfortable, but this one didn't. I was very relieved. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
