I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
