I was referred by several employees that I work with to go to Dr. Z. The secretary was courteous when making the appointment. The office was comfortable and quiet. Dr. Z communicated well the steps he was taking and how he was going to help with the pain I was experiencing. He was informative, professional and absolutely respected for his knowledge and skill. Very thankful, very humble for this service in our small town....awesome.

When I first visited Dr. Z years ago, it was due to diagnosed carpal tunnel syndrome, which I suspected stemmed from my neck (I was correct, and he has helped me manage that and other conditions over the years). After my very first visit, I just could not believe how much better I felt. I knew I had issues, but I was so used to living with the pain and discomfort that it wasn't until after his adjustments and MFRT that I realized just how bad it had really been for so very long. I felt like a new person, and I swear I must have floated out of that office! My mood was leaps and bounds better, because so much pain was gone. Dr. Z is the best. He knows what he is doing, and he gets your body to help itself. He listens and is friendly and supportive. All around a fantastic professional. Highly recommended.

Dr. Z is a brilliant body genius, with intimate knowledge of the human body, ongoing self-education, a huge desire to heal and help, and a holistic approach to healing. He works hard on each person to make sure they are healed and ultimately STOP being his patient. Based on his help, I went from being an out of shape mom with sciatica problems, a herniated disk, chronic neck and back pain from an old biking injury, to a healthy 50 year old who is working on her black belt in karate. Go to him, listen, learn, and heal! But understand you have to work on the healing process yourself too!
