They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I definitely felt welcome here, they were very friendly and accommodating. I was happy with their nice manner. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door.

They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I now visit for adjustment about every six weeks. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door. I have now been a client for about 15 years, and would not consider going elsewhere. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always accurate and completely unbiased. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Office always looks great. It was very obvious that they take pride in the office's appearance. I highly recommend!

Dr. Hess is extremely hands-on and does good-old fashioned manipulations. He recommends exercise, coordinated therapies like strength-training and massage, as well as other modes of care to get you better. He is interested in seeing you improve physically and releases you from care as soon as you are better.
