Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Have been with Rob 13+ years. He saved my life with his research and extended care. He has recently reorganized his office and staff for a more efficient service. His new treatments are amazing! Would NEVER go to another doctor!!!!

Not only did they not provide me with pain relief, but I was actually in even more pain when I left than when I went in. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. the boy and girl who worked the front desk were shockingly very kind and warm and did what they could for me and then once i got to the doctor he didnt care what i had to say. there were billing errors and other than those 2 employees the rest seemed to care more about themselves then the actual patients. never going back again. the last time i went i was on time for my appointment and i ended up having to be rescheduled solely because the doctor there didnt want to come in early and would radther sleep and called in and said to reschedule me to come back later that day. i said screw that and left.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The staff are great people, and very friendly. They are attentive and make you feel right at home. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They've definitely given me helpful lifestyle and nutritional tips. They always want what's best for me.

Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. One thing I didn't like, was that they didn't update me at all about how I was progressing, or where I was at in the recovery process. I went in to my appointments with no idea about how long I would have to keep coming, or how soon I would be fully recovered. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. They pretty much coerced me to schedule follow-up appointments. I felt forced into it and extremely uncomfortable. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
