I have been a patient of Dr. Bakalis' since 1993. He is an excellent Chiropractor and has a very pleasant personality. He also has a pleasant staff working for him. I rate his services a 5.

Stellar Chiropractic physician and Staff.
Professional, friendly, and extremely caring.
The spinal adjustments, physical therapy and
low level laser treatments are phenomenal..

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
