I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
