I NEVER leave reviews for anything, but I intentionally joined this site just so I could leave a review for this office. I was in a car accident where I was rear ended petty badly. My neck was very sore and Dr. Westby got me in the very next day I called. The entire office staff is welcoming as soon as you arrive, and this happens every single time not just the first couple times (I've been seeing Dr. Westby for three weeks now). Dr. Westby is so friendly and asks about your day and your week. Your not just another number or patient file here. The office staff go above and beyond to cater to your needs. I have had to switch around appointments and they have even gotten me in and out during my lunch break before. I definitely highly recommend Dr. Westby for your chiropractor needs and I will continue to see him even after I am released from the accident.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care was outstanding. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments if they were not needed. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I was impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. I entered the office in pain and exited a new person. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I have visited Dr. Westby off and on for 15 years. He is very friendly and courteous, as is his staff. I have seen other chiropractors over the years but end up going back to him because he does the job right and doesn't try too make me keep coming back 2-3 times a week.

I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
