In my first appointment with Bunker he provided a spinal adjustment. However, the adjustment caused considerable pain and discomfort in the following days. I made another appointment to correct the problem, but ended up waiting more than 20 minutes past my appointment time before leaving due to my own schedule demands. The receptionist became abrasive when I informed her I could not afford to wait longer. It was obvious the office had scheduled too many clients in that time period since there were other people waiting, as well.
When I made my first appointment I was told that my insurance was accepted. Nevertheless, I was then billed for the full amount and was told my insurance company would not pay for the session. I will add that during my session there were procedures performed for which I was billed that seemed unnecessary. When I questioned the billing, especially in consideration for the amount of pain experienced, Bunker wrote a nasty response demanding payment and insinuating libel litigation for having expressed my disappointment with the experience. I paid the bill promising I would not do business with the office, again.
It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put my mind at ease. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
