They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Absolutely! I was given many practical and helpful tips that sped up my recovery!

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed! I felt better than I have in years after visiting Scott Neff, D.C.. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
