They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition.
