They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I felt very encouraged after my first appointment. After seeing how qualified and knowledgeable they were, I was hopeful that I would be able to get better under their care. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
