The Staff is very warm and friendly. The Front desk greets me like I'm family. If I miss an appointment, they can always schedule a make up for me. Jetta and Harumi are the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with.

The Doctors always make sure every single question I had is answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. One time I fell outside the office and they rushed to my side to help. I was shaken up, scared, and mostly embarrassed, but they were very friendly and helpful. they made sure I was fine.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment.
