I went to the Los Angeles Office at 1200 Wilshire Blvd. Los Angeles. First I like to say I have been treating there for 1 year. I absolutely love the girl in the front her name is Kristy. She is extremely professional and seems to be the only person there with knowldege and common sense. The other girl Katherine is a major dumb ass and extremely rude. it saddens me that Kristy is gone. She was replaced by another nice young lady who does a okay job. I enjoy the therapy girl Liz she is nice and funny and makes u feel comfortable. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate Katherine is. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and she said they were closing. She knew I needed help because I called five minutes before arriving but she closed the door on me and still decided to close early. If I compare her to others in their field, I would say she's the worst, and she definitely not the best. Sometimes, I have to persuade her that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that she has paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I showed up on time for my appointment but messed up my scheduling. I had to wait quite a while for them to fix it and my entire day's schedule was messed up. she makes me feel uncomfortable.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment

Not only did they not provide me with pain relief, but I was actually in even more pain when I left than when I went in. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was treated in 2009, for a PI case and was miss diagnosis by Dr. Gumb's (Gump), I ended up having to pay $500.00 out of my pocket for treatment and had reconstructive surgery on the left shoulder which he missed in the suit. I ended up with two anchors in that shoulder and Now that I have a Workers comp, I was sent to the same doctor and everything is, let's say screwed up! I like the chiropractors there (Dr. Kim and the young, I think Craig), but that ortho doc is the worse and staff is rude. I'm looking to go to Kaiser and running as fast as the insurance carrier would get me away from there. It's just a piggy bank and patient care is out the door. Long wait, rude front staff and incompetent back office staff. Paperwork Is a high cost and at their leisure and my disability claim that should have been filed the first day well it's two months later and they don't get any of that so, why hurry is the attitude.

My pain was not lessened after my visit. I felt no difference at all and was still in pain when I left. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The Chinese doctor didnt look at me, only the paper. He was very rude to the girl at the desk and I felt incomfortable. I dont like my appointments.

The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. The place is filthy! The air vents needed cleaning, light bulbs were burnt out in the waiting area. The equipment's were disgusting. One of the employees was vacuuming and just left the vacuum out. This place needs a good sprucing up.

The receptionist was rude and made it seem like she didn't want to be there. She needs to learn some telephone etiquette as well how to interact with patients. A bunch of unprofessional's!

**THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! Get your treatment elsewhere... I wouldn't recommend this place to my friends and family.
