Michelle King is the person to go to if you are looking for a gentle approach to chiropractic. She is a lovely person and clearly has a great deal of knowledge about the human body, and she has a magic touch. I highly recommend her.

Michelle King is not the "typical" chiropractor, in that she is very gentle and listens to what your body really needs, not what she decides it needs. (I had a chiropractor do that in the past and it harmed rather than helped.) It's like acupressure which is similar to acupuncture except she uses her fingers, not needles. I definitely recommend her!

On another note, someone on this site has left four recommendations, saying almost the same thing and doesn't sound like s/he actually had a session with Michelle. Does anyone track these reviews for validity?

Good woman, very competent. Personality fits well with mine and I suspect she gets along well with all of her clients. Light laughter and lots of great body work leave me happy, healthier at the end of the 45 minutes she spends working on my aches and pains. It's well worth the $60, much better than spending money on a massage, and no smelly oils are used. I should go more often come to think of it! Good way to keep the body tuned up but I do tend to use her for acute pain situations. She listens well and gets moving on that which is bugging me, even my foot and big toe one time! Not just for back pain, she knows the body well.

I highly recommend Michelle King for anyone who wants to try gentle chiropractic treatments. She understands the body very well and has a healing touch. Why get your neck cracked when Dr. King can adjust your spine gently?
