I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Honestly, I just love this doctor; he's very funny and very caring. I've gone to him for about 16 years now and just adore him.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

Dr. Mortensen has been my long time chiropractor. He is excellent and I would recommend him to anyone! He offers a variety of services from chiropractic care, orthotics, x-rays, general physicals, sports medicine..the list goes on and on. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. The office is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
