I would rate him -10 stars.
We received a gift certificate from this Office last December. Both my husband and I have called at least 30 times and all there is is a recording. We have never received a call back! I went to see if there was even an office and there is one but the door was locked and no answer. It is embarrassing to contact the gifted to tell them we were ripped off for their gift.
The guy is definitely a loser,, do not go to him, he will never answer your phone calls.
